The quickest way to get assistance is to email and a member of our team will respond within a few hours. In your Dropshipall Dashbord you can find category named "Support tickets", here are all your messages addressed to us. 

We respond to all messages in the order they are received. We believe we provide better support through our Support ticket because we’re able to take time to diagnose the problem and check in with our tech team – all without putting you on hold.
